Going back to how we decided to break the news to friends and family, here's a short post on how we went about it...
Due to the fact that we found out we were expecting pretty early on, it was so hard to keep this secret from friends and family. Luis and I had made the decision to only share the news with immediate family after we had gone for our 8 week check up. Which was perfect because that meant we could share the news at Christmas!! :D Little did we know, that at our checkup we were actually a lot further along than what we expected, we were actually 10 weeks pregnant already!
This made things difficult, I would start showing by the time Christmas came along and everyone would start getting suspicious. With this being the case, we decided to have a 'pre-Christmas' dinner and do the reveal there!

So I broke out the trusty Photoshop and designed a few Christmas Card Pregnancy reveal cards. I think the one we chose in the end is so classy (and everyone Loved it!)
The reveal was stressful and hilarious at the same time! After dinner we handed out the Christmas cards and instructed everyone to open it at the same time, this was chaos as some of the family members jumped right to the sonogram and started screaming in excitement, whilst the others were still trying to stretch their arms far enough to make out what was on the card (we should have made sure they had their reading glasses on beforehand LOL)
Many of the other family members were done in the same way, Dinner and a card reveal, and some were even done over Skype with an online card reveal.
After our 14 week check up we decided to share the news personally with some of our closest friends. Although we decided not to do the card reveal (Christmas was long gone) it was exciting to think of new creative ways to make the announcement like this photo reveal showing off our little #AddidasFamily

Everyone was beyond ecstatic, with huge amounts of hugs and kisses going around!
I'm starting to show a lot more now so it is such a relief that I don't have to spend 10 minutes every morning trying to find something to wear that won't show my growing bump. *Shew*
